In fact, whenever 2 valves are open, the fluid can pass quickly, but if one of the valves is closed, the flow of the other valve is reduced and slowly reaches the measured level. When the 2 control valves are closed, the fluid flow will be completely cut off.

In such a case, these valves can be controlled using an actuator and used to mix fluids. In fact, its most important application is to achieve the desired temperature in the fluid.
